so a long time back, when i posted another message board in the days before everyone had a last.fm page, there was an ever-going thread where everyone just posted a little list of what stuff they were listening to. and it was tight, because i found out about so much good stuff from the discussions that spawned off of people's posts. so lets start it here! post what you've been listening to or stoked on here and maybe if you can find it on the internets, dump a link in the "loads" section.

I've been really into this band SHIT AND SHINE, pretty heavy and driving, but with a good sense of melody and "pop" sensibilities.
SKULLFLOWER has been in pretty high rotation as well
CROM FOR SURE, man, such a good band. The Cocaine Wars has been in my ears for sure.
new TOTAL ABUSE record is noisy, violent, and fucking loud. kinda "druggy", I like it a lot more than I liked their 7"s. Best lyric: "My shit is black, My skin is cracked Pus leaks out of my cock Let me pass it along"
THE NILS - Sell Out Young E.P. Alright buddy, THIS is the jam of this recent good weather. Listening to it I picture you, me, some good times, drinkin mojitos, wearin shower caps, talkin about Krakatoa and the day the world exploded. The first song is power pop perfection, the horns make it SO delicious. Can't really recommend this one enough, cheems. It's already in the LOADS section, pure 1985 goodness, just like me.
CONFUSE - Nuclear Addicts 7" I can't say anything about this, you just have to hear the fuzz, noise, power, volume and violence in every second of this early '80's Japanese monster of a band.

I'll put CONFUSE and SHIT AND SHINE up in LOADS, what do you think I do? Write letters all day?

new HATRED SURGE 7" is right on, WAY diggin the lady vocals on this one. Yeah you can say despise you worship all you want, HS are solid as snake shit and the song Hell and Back is a major league ripper
